The hospitality division of Naples-based interior design firm Clive Daniel Home, Clive Daniel Hospitality, has been tapped to design hotel units for a mixed-use development in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The property, dubbed Pacifico, is being developed by The Jack Parker Corporation. The project will feature 72 residential ocean-view units in four buildings, with construction due to begin in August. The first of them to be completed is an 18-unit, three-story building due to open in March 2018.
