Skanska and Twining Properties have completed the sale of Watermark Seaport, a multifamily community in Boston. Sold for $60 million to CLPF Residences at Seaport LLC, the deal marks the highest recorded average unit price in the city. Located at 85 Seaport Blvd, the 301,000 square foot asset encompasses 346 units in a 17-story luxury tower and a six-story loft building. The LEED Gold certified building features a roof deck with views of the Financial District and Boston Harbor, an electric car-charging station and an on-site bicycle-sharing station. CLPF Residences is scheduled to take ownership of the development in the first quarter of 2018.
