CLS Holdings has acquired a portfolio of twelve office properties in Germany from Züblin Immobilien. The purchase price of the transaction was €152.2m. The properties, which provide a total of 89,521 sqm of office space, are 89 percent occupied and are located primarily around the cities of Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart. The acquisition, which is expected to be competed in Q3 2017, will be financed from internal resources. CLS Holdings previously purchased the Gotic Haus office building in Dortmund for approximately €36m. The company has been listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange since 1994 and has assets in Germany, France and the UK.
