Katarzyna Dębińska-Pietrzyk joined CMS as legal counsel. She has nearly 15 years of experience advising on real estate issues and has worked at Baker McKenzie for the past 11 years. Her professional experience includes complex real estate transactions, both domestic and international. She also specializes in shopping center and other commercial real estate investments. She has extensive experience working with private equity funds. Dębińska-Pietrzyk has successfully led advisory teams in commercial property transactions, working with leading players in these sectors. She is an advocate and a member of the District Bar Association of Warsaw.
