The National Airport Bucharest Company announces that the traffic for the first 4 months of the year exceeded 3 million passengers, reaching approximately 80 percent of the level of 2019, the best year in the history of air traffic.
The financial results recorded by CNAB at 4 months show a turnover of EUR 50.2 million compared to EUR 33.12 million budgeted and a profit of EUR 15.81 million compared to EUR 7.76 million budgeted.
“The positive financial results, over estimates, as well as the positive premises regarding the evolution of the activity sector determine the company to resume in an accelerated manner the delayed investment plan in the pandemic context” said George Dorobanţu, CNAB general director.
