CA Immo has signed a lease contract with the co-working provider Spaces at its ONE office and hotel tower project that’s now being built. Spaces will rent around 6,880 sqm of office space spread over five floors of the 43,000 sqm project. Completion of the building is scheduled for early 2022, with CA Immo’s total investment in the 190-metre-high tower amounting to around €350 m. Consulting firm Blackolive advised the tenant on the arrangement of the lease.
The building features a shared lobby, which extends over the entire ground floor area, with the aim being to bring an urban feel into the building. “Today’s generations of employees now want to see the qualities available to them in their personal lives in a professional context. Modern office spaces that are geared towards communication and collaboration and which provide a wide range of services in the office building are therefore becoming an essential criterion when choosing a workplace,” says Michael Morgan, MD of CA Immo Deutschland.
