Coastal Construction Group, based in Miami, has opened a new office in Orlando to serve the greater Orlando, Tampa and North Florida areas. The firm has named Sean DeMartino as president of the Central and North Florida division. Prior to joining Coastal, DeMartino worked for Balfour Beatty as a division president. With over 30 years of experience, DeMartino has worked on projects like Walt Disney’s Land of Pandora: The World of Avatar, the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Orlando and the FIU Student Academic Success Center. Founded in 1988, Coastal Construction is ranked in the top 100 construction management companies in the country.
