Berkadia has hired Tim Cobb as managing director, a position from which he will lead seniors housing and healthcare investment sales. In his new role, Cobb will work closely with Christopher Honn, senior managing director & head of the seniors housing and health care group. He will be based in the firm’s D.C. metro office. Prior to joining Berkadia, Cobb served as senior managing director for Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors and has held senior positions at CFG Capital Markets, Heller Financial, GE Capital and KeyBank. Cobb holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in real estate and accounting from the University of North Texas. “Tim’s proven track record on both the lending and sales side means that investors have a resource who understands their needs and knows how to get their deal done,” said Berkadia Head of Investment Sales Keith Misner.
