Priemyselný areál Lúka has taken over the former Coca-Cola HBC distribution area in Lúka, near the Slovak city of Piešťany. The transaction closed this month. The price remains confidential. The sale of the 30,000 sqm complex with an additional 35,000 sqm of development land was exclusively brokered by JLL Slovakia. Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic and Slovakia decided to relocate its production capacity from Slovakia to existing facilities within the Central European region. The facility in Lúka is suitable for warehousing as well as light production with more than 12,000 sqm of class A warehouse space and approximately 17,000 sqm of light production premises divided into several smaller production halls. The property also offers 3,500 sqm of office space.
