Coca-Cola HBC Slovak Republic is to offload its production and distribution complex in the Trenčín region. The beverage producer, a member of Coca-Cola Hellenic Group, decided to relocate its production unit from Slovakia to existing facilities in Central Europe. JLL advises Coca-Cola HBC on the disposal. The 30,000 sqm production facility can be expanded across the neighboring 35,000 sqm site. The property is located outside Piešťany near the D1 motorway exit.
