The developer Codeco is planning the construction of a pair of industrial and retail buildings totaling 10,000 sqm near the Hostivař train station in Prague 10. To be called City Park Hostivař, the project will replace an old industrial building near the intersection of Průmyslová and U Továren streets. Construction is currently timed for completion towards the end of 2019 and will offer a mix of industrial space, along with a show room, offices or storage units.
Matěj Indra, an industrial consultant 108 Agency, says the project will offer a useful mix of access to city transport as well as a conection to the city’s inner ring road. “That’s why it’s useful for a wide range of tenants that are looking for flexible retail and storage space in the popular Prague 10 district.” 108 Agency was appointed the exclusive leasing agent for the project.
