The developer Codeco has extended its list of tenants in Kolbenova City Development, an extensive brownfield redevelopment in Prague 9 Vysočany. Oschatz Services Solutions, a supplier of cooling systems and boilers, has taken 1,100 sqm in one of the halls. The reason it gave was the high quality fitout of the premises and good access. The 14 hectares area is located above the Kolbenova metro B line station, just a 10 minutes drive from the Prague center.
