IT service provider Codewise is expanding its space at the Browar Lubicz complex, currently underway in Kraków by Balmoral Properties. Codewise signed on to take an additional 2,000 sqm of space in the project’s second phase, pushing its occupancy level in the complex to 50 percent. Last year, the company signed a lease on 530 sqm in the Pałac Goetzów building and expanded its space there by another 250 sqm shortly after that. With this most recent agreement, Codewise will consolidated three of its offices in the city. Browar Lubicz will offer a total of 4,500 sqm of office space.
