The Cofinimmo Group has acquired a nursing and care home in Lüneburg, near Hamburg. The Christinenhof residence was added to the group’s German portfolio for €12.6m. The property was built in 2001 and offers 6,100 sqm of space. It is currently leased to a subsidiary of Korian Group. The residence is set to undergo renovation work. Cofinimmo is a Belgian real estate company specializing in rental property. Its diversified portfolio spreads over Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany.
