Cohn Property Group has closed on the $5.65 million acquisition of an office building in Lanham, Maryland. The 61,000 square foot property, 4200 Forbes Boulevard, is located on 3.85 acres within the Hanson-Palmer Business Park. Currently 99 percent leased, the asset houses a diverse array of complimentary medical practices, professional businesses, and a few retail tenants. The purchase marks the 10th acquisition in the last 2 years for the firm totaling over $100 million.
