Colian Logistic leased 9,000 sqm of warehouse space at P3 Poznań. JLL helped the tenant select the location and brokered the lease agreement. The P3 park is located in Robaków, close to Poznań. “We always aim to adjust to the needs of a particular client and as a consequence provide conditions that are essential for storing goods and improving logistics,” said Magda Twarowska, senior leasing manager at P3 Logistic Parks. “Furthermore, we continue to introduce ecological and energy-efficient solutions in our warehouse buildings so as to reduce future costs related to the exploitation of media, such as energy, gas and water.”
