Colliers International Group Inc. has acquired Miami-based Pointe Group Advisors, a firm that specializes in property management, sales and lease brokerage. The acquisition will add more than 7 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space in South Florida to Colliers’ portfolio. Colliers will also take over two South Florida offices with about 70 employees in Coconut Grove and Plantation. Colliers currently has about 36 brokers and property managers.
