Colliers REMS Hungary was named property manager of Skanka’s Mill Park office scheme, currently under construction in Budapest. Mill Park will include two buildings, Mill Park A and Mill Park B, with a total GLA of 36,000 sqm as well as 538 parking places. Building B will be delivered in the second quarter of this year, while Building A is set for delivery in Q3. The investment will feature various green solutions and will be LEED Gold certified.
