The supply of Bulgarian industrial properties in the second half of 2015 grew 3 percent to 802,000 sqm, including 44,860 sqm of new projects, according research by Colliers International. Among the new projects is the first building of the East Ring Logistics Park, the expansion of warehouse and production complex Festo, a logistics center in Trisa, the second phase of Universal Logistics Park and Building 1 of Trade Center Europe.
In 2016, the market is expected to add 40,000 sqm of new industrial space, writes Colliers, adding that this will have a positive impact on the market.
