Colliers International will continue to manage a portfolio of 11 Warsaw office properties owned by Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH for another two years. Colliers has been managing Triuva’s Warsaw office properties, totaling 75,000 sqm, since 2009. The portfolio includes CH 25, Royal Trakt Offices, G9 (formerly Victoria), Norway House, M10, N21, Le Palais, R34, Metron, Feniks and U10.
