Colliers International finalized negotiations on four lease contracts with the international companies BASF, Covidien, BMW and RedHat. Colliers represented the tenants. BASF is relocating its headquarters to the Futurama Business Park, developed by Immorent in Prague 8-Karlín. The new BREEAM-certified premises offer the chemical company lower operational costs on top of other incentives negotiated by Colliers.
Meanwhile, Covidien is expanding its space in Prague Prosek and BMW renegotiated its lease at Office Park Nové Butovice in Prague 13. Colliers also announced that RedHat, which is expanding its existing software development center in Brno, is taking space at the newly opened Forum Business Centre II.
