XO foods has concluded a lease deal for 4,620 sqm at Prologis Park Brno that will see the restaurant, catering and hotel supplier of raw food move out of its current location in Suchdol by the end of the year. XO foods was represented by Colliers International, which helped it decide between leasing space itself or using a logistics provider. In the end, XO foods opted to lease space currently under construction by Prologis and to roll out its own logistics system. The developer will be working with the company on the installation of specialized cooling equipment that’s essential for keeping the food fresh before deliveries. “The location and design of the warehouse will cater to the specific needs of its business and ultimately enable the smooth running of its operations in the future,” says Lucie Řezníčková (Colliers International).
