Colliers International South Florida has hired Ryan Goggins as a senior associate for its Fort Lauderdale office. Goggins will specialize in office and industrial leasing transactions for clients including Boston Consulting Group, Coca-Cola Company, Comcast Spotlight, Stockbridge Capital and Brookwood Financial Partners. Before joining Colliers, Goggins was responsible for marketing and leasing Miramar Park of Commerce, a 5-million-square-foot business park, and negotiated leases for large corporations including Aramark, Caterpillar, GE Healthcare, Humana, Lufthansa, Spirit Airlines and Stanley Black & Decker.
