Tewfik Sabongui has been named managing partner at the Prague office of Colliers International, following Omar Sattar’s decision to step down from the role after seven years. The announcement follows an agreement between Colliers International and THREESIXTY Agency, the company Sabongui founded after leaving JLL, to consolidate their businesses. Under the agreement, Sabongui and Petr Žálský, a partner at THREESIXTY, join Colliers as equity partners, while the rest of the team at THREESIXTY have also been brought on board. Žalský was previously Head of Leasing for CA Immo in the Czech Republic and before that held various senior positions with JLL in the Czech Republic.
