Colliers International will provide property management services to the Europejski mixed-use project in Warsaw. The historic building, which used to house the former Hotel Europejski at Krakowskie Przedmieście, will be reconstructed into high-end office, retail and service space. The property will also include a luxury hotel. The investment is set to be reopen by this June. Europejski was built in the middle of the 19th century. Its reconstruction and extension were designed by Sud Architectes.
