Colliers International has taken over the management of the Ethos building in Warsaw. Colliers will also be responsible for the property’s leasing. Ethos is a six-story office and retail building located on Trzech Krzyży square in the Warsaw city center. The investment offers 17,700 sqm of leasable area. Tenants include Hogan Lovells, HBO, Atelier Amaro and a Fabiana Filippi boutique.
