Colliers International has been appointed exclusive advisor and leasing agent for Plac Unii City Shopping in Warsaw. The mixed-use property is owned by a fund managed by Invesco Real Estate. Plac Unii City Shopping offers 57,000 sqm of leasable space, of which 41,000 sqm is office and 16,000 sqm is retail. The scheme also includes 500 underground parking spots.
