Immobel Poland has appointed Colliers International to manage its CEDET office building in the Warsaw city center. Colliers International will be responsible for property management, administrative assistance and tenant relations. CEDET, the capital’s old Central Department Store commonly known as “Smyk,” is an icon of Polish post-war modernism. Following a revitalization and expansion, the building was given a new office-retail function. The seven-story property currently offers 22,000 sqm of modern office and retail space as well as an underground car park with 139 spots and facilities for cyclists.
