Colliers International was selected to manage the first of two buildings planned for the .KTW office complex in Katowice. Colliers will be responsible for developing and maintaining relations with tenants, building management and financial services. The property is a modern class A office complex going up on al. Roździeńskiego near the Spodek entertainment and sports hall and the International Congress Centre. Once completed, the complex will include two buildings offering more than 58,000 sqm of office space and more than 3,600 sqm of retail space. Construction of the 14-story .KTW I office building, offering almost 20,000 sqm, is nearing completion. The building will include 240 parking spots in a three-story underground car park. The owner of the project is TDJ Estate.
