Colliers International has taken over management of Lastadia Office in Szczecin. The investment is a six-story office building located on Zbożowa street in the city’s Łasztownia district. The property offers 12,500 sqm. Tenants include Szczecińska Energetyka Cieplna, home.pl, OT Logistics, mBank, Fundacja Akademickie Inkubatory Przedsiębiorczości, Asseco Poland and SGI. The owner of the office building is a special purpose entity represented in Poland by Greenstone.
