Colliers closed lease deals on more than 118,000 sqm of office space in 2019, up 40 percent from the previous year and 260 percent higher than 2017. The largest transaction that Colliers participated in was mBank’s lease on more than 46,000 sqm at Mennica Legacy Tower in Warsaw’s Wola district. Other large lease transactions involving the consulting agency included AXA’s 12,780 sqm lease at the Warsaw Trade Tower skyscraper, BOŚ Bank’s 9,009 sqm lease at the Feniks office building, SII’s 5,400 sqm lease at Metron in Warsaw and the 4,788 sqm lease signed by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights at Młodziejowski Palace, which is owned by the Patrizia fund.
