Colliers International has been selected to lease the 2050 Spectrum in Fort Lauderdale a the 128,000 sqf facility. The building is being marketed as both sustainable and weather proof, with two sources of back-up power and a data bunker capable of withstanding a Category 5 hurricane. The Colliers International South Florida team of Jonathan Kingsley, Jarred Goodstein and Ryan Goggins have been appointed the assignment.
