Colliers International has been named property manager of the Bałtyk office building in Poznań’s Jeżyce district. The 16-story scheme, designed by MVRDV in cooperation with Natkaniec Olechnicki Architekci, offers 15,000 sqm of space. The architects were inspired by Okrąglak, a city landmarks designed by Marek Leykam. Garvest Real Estate and Capital Group VOX are Bałtyk’s investors.
