Colliers International Group Inc. has agreed to acquire the privately owned Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central and Southwest Florida. The three new offices will add an additional 165 employees, nearly doubling Colliers International’s current operations in in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Colliers International Group is a global commercial real estate services company with more than 16,300 employees. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
