Colliers International Group has been tapped as exclusive advisor for the sale of the Continental Plaza office park in Hackensack, New Jersey. The four building asset is currently 72 percent leased. The 650,00 sqf corporate park features a TGI Friday’s restaurant, a fitness center, conference room, dry cleaning service and covered parking. The asset underwent $16.5 million worth of upgrades between 2012 and 2016. Originally developed during the 1970’s, it was repossessed by a JPMorgan Chase investment unit 2012.
