Colliers International Poland named Marta Machus-Burek and Jonathan Cohen equity partners. As director of the retail agency, Machus-Burek oversees a team of 14 experts. She has more than 20 years of experience which spans across strategic advisory for shopping center owners and investors, mixed-use projects, as well as shopping center value management, leasing and marketing. Cohen, meanwhile, joined Colliers in 2012 as director of building consultancy services for Central and Eastern Europe. He has 30 years of experience in the building-investment sector. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Cohen advised clients on a number of key projects in Poland, including Rondo 1, CH Wileńska and Westin Warsaw.
