Colliers International Romania brokered 27,000 sqm of office deals on the Romanian market in the first quarter, taking more than 40 percent of all Q1 transactions. The most recent deal brokered by Colliers involved the 3,200 sqm Armand Business Center, delivered in Bucharest in April 2013. Flash Office Solutions signed a lease on 600 sqm in the building. Oana Sarbu, an associate in Colliers’ office department, said the deal also marks Flash Office Solutions entrance on the Romanian market. The company offers flexible workspace solutions.
