Colliers International has been tapped as the exclusive leasing agent for One Gateway Center, a Class-A office property in Newark, New Jersey. The 544,000-square-foot, 26-story building is directly connected to a Hilton Hotel & Conference Center and Newark Penn Station. The building features covered parking, a 30,000-square-foot food court, and a full-service New York Sports Club fitness center. Executive Managing Director Bryn Cinque and Managing Director Jim Bailey will serve as exclusive leasing agents for the property on behalf of the building’s owner, Advance Realty. Located in downtown Newark, the facility has easy access to Newark Penn Station, Newark Liberty International Airport, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and other major thoroughfares.
