Software development company Chetu has tapped Colliers International South Florida as the exclusive leasing agent for the University Professional Center. The 63,600 sq ft, three-story office building, the first to go up in the Plantation Key Office Park since 2007, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year. Up to 26,800 sq ft of the building has been earmarked for medical office use.
“The partners behind University Professional Center recognized an immediate need for more office inventory in the submarket where they were already working,” said Colliers Executive Vice President Alfie Hamilton. “Not only will this introduce compelling space options for firms looking to expand in Plantation, but it also provides Chetu with flexible growth opportunities.”
