Colliers has taken over the management of Astoria Premium Offices in Warsaw. The property is located on Przeskok street in the city’s Srodmiescie district and offers 19,500 sqm of leasable area as well as 86 underground parking spaces. The building has LEED Platinum certification. āAstoria Premium Offices is the ninth property taken over by Colliers in management this year. Thus, within eight months, our portfolio has grown by almost 200,000 sqm of office space. Given the circumstances regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, this is an impressive result, and its achievement was possible thanks to the involvement of the entire property management team,ā said Agnieszka Krzekotowska, partner and director of the property management department at Colliers.
