Colliers International Romania was named property manager of Business Garden Bucharest. The office complex, developed by Vastint, is located in the capital’s Orhideea area. It offers nearly 43,000 sqm of class A space in three buildings, with commercial and public services on the ground floor.
“Business Garden Bucharest is a valuable project in terms of concept, location and amenities. The green and recreational areas, among many other benefits, can turn the project from an office complex into an authentic employee experience,” said Oana Adjudeanu, director of property management at Colliers International.
