Colliers International has taken over management of the first office building within the Moje Miejsce mixed-use project that is being developed by Echo Investment in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The complex includes two office buildings totaling 34,000 sqm. The first one, managed by Colliers International, will provide 15,000 sqm of office space and 2,900 sqm of commercial space. Both buildings are equipped with green courtyards and terraces, infrastructure for cyclists and modern technologies and facilities. JEMS Architekci is responsible for the design.
