Colliers International was picked to manage the Green Day office building in Wrocław, which is owned by a fund managed by Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. “Choosing Colliers to be the manager of the Green Day office building in Wrocław is another important stage in our cooperation with Triuva. Green Day is a modern class A office complex located in the center of Wrocław. The property offers 16,000 sqm of leasable space and is almost entirely occupied by Credit Suisse. More than 220 parking spaces, bicycle racks and seven cloakrooms with showers are available to tenants and guests. Green Day has LEED Gold certification.
