Colliers International was named property manager of Hermes Business Campus, a new office project underway in Bucharest. The office park will offer 78,000 sqm of leasable space in three Class A buildings. The first building should be completed in March. The Netherlands Embassy, Litera Publishing Group, Bunt Studio, Fribourg Capital and Universal Online Promotion have already signed leases.
