Colliers won property management contracts for two mix-use buildings in Prague: Slovanský dům along Na Příkopě, the city’s main shopping high street, and Millenium, which is part of a complex that includes the Marriott Hotel in Prague 1. Both buildings are prime mix-use properties. Colliers will manage Slovanský dům for FID Group, taking over from CBRE. Slovanský dům is a combination of historical and modern buildings, offering a mix of office, retail, gastro, leisure, conference space and residential apartments with underground parking totaling 22,500 sqm. Tenants include Bloomberg, A.T. Kearney, Ipsos, Panattoni, Cinema City, Emirates, Kogo, Max Mara and Nike. Millenium, owned by B.H.Centrum, offers 66,000 sqm of mixed-use space, including retail, office and entertainment facilities at the corner of V Celnici and Havlíčkova streets.
