Colonnade Insurance is relocating to Balance Loft on VĂĄci Ășt in Budapest. After closing this transaction, the CPI-owned office building, part of the second phase of the Balance Office Park development, is 75 percent leased. The class-A building is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
