Colony Northstar bought a Jacksonville industrial property from Pattillo Industrial Real Estate for $77.5m. The property offers 1.27 million sq ft in four buildings on 75 acres at the Westside Industrial Park near Pritchard Road and Interstate 295. Pattillo is currently building two other industrial properties at the industrial park: a 272,000 sq ft speculative warehouse and a 450,000 sq ft center for BMW of North America for regional distribution of auto parts.
