Colquimica Adhesives has renewed its lease agreement on 7,300 sqm at Segro Logistics Park Poznan Komorniki. The adhesives producer also leased additional space at the property and now occupies a total of 11,000 sqm. Located 12 km from Poznan’s city center, Segro Logistics Park Poznan Komorniki is close to main transit routes, allowing for distribution of goods in Poland and outside the country. The park includes more than 220,000 sqm in nine buildings. Warehouse and social-office units are also available. The facilities can be adapted for different types of activities, including storage of goods and light manufacturing. The complex offers crossdock space as well as fire protection and ESFR sprinkler systems, smoke vents and CCTV to ensure the safety of the buildings.
