The three-story Harbour Square office building on Longboat Key has been acquired by the Columbia Restaurant Group. The restaurant chain paid $4 million for the 26,000 square foot building which comes with eight boat slips and 62 parking spaces. The building, located on Gulf of Mexico Dr., rests next store to the former Pattigeorgeās Restaurant which the group bought last year for $2 million. According to the the groups chief marketing officer, Michael Kilgore, āWe have no plans to do anything more with the property at this time,ā he adds. āThere are tenants there with leases in place.
