Altis Boca Raton LLC has secured financing for its new project, the Altis Boca Raton apartments in Palm Beach County. The company recently broke ground on the 398-acre, mid-rise apartment complex at 5700 N. Military Trail. The site was previously the Park at Broken Sound, a business park that was recently re-zoned to allow for more retail and residential development. The loan was procured from Comerica Bank.
